Hi Queen, I’m Sheila.

My journey hasn’t been easy — but it has been purposeful.

I lost my hair at a young age, and with it, my confidence and sense of identity. In later years, I walked through the death of my marriage, the death of a vision, and the loss of my beloved mother.

In the middle of my brokenness, I heard one word from the Lord:

Shift.

So I got up.

I shifted my crown.

I reclaimed my royal identity.

And I began walking in the calling placed on my life — to help other women do the same.

Today, I help women over 50 remember who they are, why they matter, and how to rise again — even after life has knocked them down.

My coaching is faith-centered, reflective, and transformational.

I create a safe space for women to process transition without shame, rediscover their identity in Christ, and rebuild with intention.

I don’t promote surface change.

I guide women from surviving…

to shifting.

From the rose…

to the crown.
